Like aerobics, but Power Step uses an adjustable step. Pick your own level of intensity by adjusting your step. Simple but effective! These keywords should make out lessons as accessible as possible. The last 20 minutes of our step class will focus on pilates-based abdominal exercises. Losing weight and staying in shape has never been so much fun!

This group lesson is given in the form of an open session throughout the year (with the exception of the UT vacations, holidays and occasional closure of the Sports Centre).
To participate in the open sessions you have to be in possession of the UnionCard and Fitness-card or Campus card and GrouplessonsCard.
