After the beginner courses of Pole Fitness, we will start with the intermediate Pole Fitness! Learn some new techniques and get better in Pole Fitness with this course. The course will be 1,5 hour long, so you'll have enough time with the instructor and a enough time for a good warming up.
After completing the course, you can participate in the grouplesson Pole Fitness on Tuesday at 17.00h and Friday at 18.00h.
