This course will introduce you to Pole Fitness. Learn the basics techniques and get better in Pole Fitness with this course. The course will be 1 hour long, so you'll have enough time with the instructor and a enough time for a good warming up.
After completing the course, it's easier to participate in the grouplessons Pole Fitness. It's not necessary to complete the course first.
