Meditation beginner

Meditation is a course where an individual trains their mind or induces a mode of consciousness.

The meditation and Manifestation lesson consists of theory, interactive discussion, visionalization, affirmation, hoponosis , meditation bowl music, meditation practice.

€ 25,- for UnionCard holders

 

€ 40,- for CampusCard holders (UT Employee and external)
