Body Shape is a conditioning training with music, where the focus is on muscle strengthening exercises. Also materials (like weights and elastics) are used to enhance the resistance. Through these exercises the condition will improve. Also strength and leniency are improving. this class is for everyone who loves to move on music. It is a simple and effective workout for the entire body, without difficult choreography, but with jumping.

This group lesson is given in the form of an open session throughout the year (with the exception of the UT vacations, holidays and occasional closure of the Sports Centre).
To participate in the open sessions you have to be in possession of the UnionCard and Fitness-card or Campus card and GrouplessonsCard.
