Being able to confidently cycle is one of the aspects that supports the integration and participation of international staff and students in the UT community and in the Netherlands overall.
This course is intended for people who have no or less experience with cycling.
Learning how to cycle, getting to grips with the rules and habits of cyclists is a process that takes time. In this course you will learn the most important road signs and rules so that you can safely participate in traffic. It is important that you already own a bicycle, with good lighting and working brakes (preferably handbrakes). Helmets are available for those who need them.
