Basic Fitness

Discover fitness at the University of Twente!

We prepare a schedule together with you, and an experienced instructor teaches you how to responsibly use the fitness equipment so that you can start training independently. The introductory course Basic Fit, thus, is an ideal way for you to determine whether this form of exercise is right for you.
