Basic Fitness

Discover fitness at the University of Twente!

We prepare a schedule together with you, and an experienced instructor teaches you how to responsibly use the fitness equipment so that you can start training independently. The introductory course Basic Fit, is an ideal way for you to determine whether this form of exercise is right for you.

Please wait at the desk in the Fitness. After the purchase of the course, you have acces to the fitness during the course hours.

€ 10,- for UnionCard

€ 15,- for CampusCard (employees UT and other participants)

The online registration will start two weeks before the start of the course. Login to the DMS website and click for the courses on What’s on offer. Minimum number of participants for this course is 2.
