We have set up some sports options which can help you to do workouts at home!

  • 10 min workplace workout!

    'The workplace workout' is a workout with a duration of 10 minutes which you can do as an intermission during your workday. 
    Every week we will upload a new video. This can be a fun and healthy exercise to do during a Teams meeting with your colleagues!

    Our fitness instructors have put together workout schedules which are easlily to do at home. These schedule has a lot of Teambeats exercises and follows the same routine!
