Support group for Phd/Engd candidates
Are you a PhD/EngD and do you notice that the balance is sometimes lost? That it is difficult to set boundaries, maintain your mood or get stress under control? You are not the only one, even if it sometimes feels that way.
In this support group especially for PhD/EngD candidates, you will work in a small group on:
· Setting boundaries and assertiveness
· Improve mood and self-care
· More work-life balance
· Dealing with stress and pressure to perform
The group is supervised by two experienced psychologists and offers a safe, confidential environment to share experiences and receive concrete tools. It is not a treatment group for psychological problems. The support group consists of a series of six sessions that will take place at short intervals. Given the nature and confidentiality of the group, attendance is mandatory.
