With money you can do many fun things – purchase new shoes or go on holiday – but you can also help shape the world of tomorrow. That is what investing is about: deciding where capital flows, which innovations can grow, and at the same time building your own financial security. These choices lie at the heart of asset management, a sector that plays an important role in supporting the economy and society.
Ivo Kuiper (Head of Sustainability, Cardano) will talk about asset management and sustainable investing. How do you assess risks? And if you invest in ‘sustainable’ companies, how do you know they are genuinely sustainable and not engaged in greenwashing? Kuiper studied Physics (TU Delft) and completed a PhD in Asset Pricing at Tilburg University.
He will be interviewed by Nikita Frolov and Max Hospers from Duitenberg. Free drinks afterwards!
In cooperation with DUFAS – the Dutch Fund and Asset Management Association, Duitenberg, UT Climate Centre and Ockham.
