What can you do to fall asleep more quickly and sleep deeper? Psychologist dr. Ed de Bruin (UT-BMS), specialized in insomnia treatment for adolescents, explains how much sleep we need and offers tips and tricks for a healthier lifestyle and a better night’s sleep.
