At UT, we have a partnership with Diffit. Together with Diffit, we work on the sustainable employability of our employees, with a focus on financially fit employees.
Since February 2022, we have been facing a new crisis in Europe. After earlier concerns about health and social restrictions, there is now also a great deal of uncertainty about issues such as high energy prices, inflation, and finances.
For this reason, a Helpdesk is available for you, where you can call anonymously with questions or concerns when, for example, you:
- Feel insecure about your budget or financial position
- Worry about debts or reminders
- Not knowing which agency to contact
- The groceries or your (energy) bills can no longer be paid
- You no longer have an overview of your administration
- Have questions about surcharges, assessments or other regulations of the tax authorities
- Are unsure about your pension or when you can stop or work less
- You have changes in your home situation such as a divorce, death or a move
Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or concerns about financial matters. You can call DiFfit at 073 – 822 7541. Your call will be handled anonymously and confidentially. DiFfit offers a listening ear, provides advice, and shares practical tips. If additional support is needed, they will work with you to find a suitable solution.
