Info-session on Marie Skłodowska Curie Actions (MSCA) for S&T Faculty

Grants Office invites all experienced researchers from S&T to join our Info-session on Marie Skłodowska Curie Actions (MSCA) on Wednesday 3 March from 15.30 to 16.30. Please, save the date in your agenda and register for this online event here.

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) support researchers at all stages of their career and across all disciplines. Transnational, intersectoral and interdisciplinary mobility is an integral part of the programme. The aim of the programme is ultimately to make Europe attractive for top researchers and to strengthen the EU's scientific and technological bases and the European Research Area (ERA).

Funding instruments

The programme consists of five different individual actions:

  • MSCA Doctoral Networks
  • MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships
  • MSCA Staff Exchange
  • MSCA Co-funding of regional, national and international programmes (COFUND)
  • MSCA and Citizens

Calls and Deadlines

MSCA are about to be launched amongst the first funding initiatives of Horizon Europe. First MSCA calls (Doctoral Network and Postdoctoral Fellowship) are expected to open in April 2021 with the first deadline in September 2021.

On the Info-session

The Info-session is focused on two MSCA funding instruments: Doctoral Networks and Postdoctoral Fellowship. Grants Office invites all those interested to join the event where we will inform you on:

  • MSCA in Horizon Europe: main features and novelties
  • Specifics of the MSCA funding instruments: Doctoral Networks and Postdoctoral Fellowship
  • Grant Office support for MSCA

Prof. Dimitrios Stamatialis will also be present for answering questions from the ‘experienced participant’ point of view.  He was a coordinator of the MC ITN BIOART (fp7, 2013-2016) and partner to the MC ITN “TheLink” (H2020, 2015-2019).

The Info-session is an online event - you will receive the log on information after registration. The event will be recorded, so if you are unavailable to attend on 3 March from 15.30 to 16.30, but would be interested in MSCA, please sign up as well. You will receive the recording afterward.
