Rapid Prototyping Lab

The University of Twente is driven by High Tech Human Touch. The RPLab is no exception. Within the UT, there are loads of research projects with a need for fast, high-quality prototypes. The RPLab gives researchers and students the opportunity to create high-quality prints at low prices with a faster delivery time. Projects don’t have to buy their own printers, but can instead make use of the facilities within the RPLab.

The RPLab is a shared facility with a focus on the following points:

• Production – Producing high-quality prototypes for research projects
• Research – Exploring new possibilities and combining existing techniques
• Teaching – Integrating the RPLab in study projects and sharing its knowledge
