We're pleased to open our new Joint Robotics Lab, where we bring the essence of the Robotics Centre to practice and combine research, education, and innovation in a vibrant new space.
Please celebrate this milestone with us and join the activities on November 10, 2026.
Chiara recently received the prestigious ERC Starting Grant of 1.5 M€ for her project Flytopus. Flytopus develops a soft, flexible aerial robot that can adapt to its environment to grasp, land, move, and perch on a wide range of surfaces.
She will share her insights with us in her keynote with the title: "Recent advancements and challenges in aerial robotic physical interaction"
The official opening of the Joint Robotics Lab will be done by prof. dr. Gregor Halff, the President of the Executive Board of the University of Twente.
