TOGETHER WE DEVELOP THE ROBOT SOCIETY OF TOMORROW
At the University of Twente we combine scientific excellence for the development of the next generation of robotics with a keen eye for innovation and societal applications. We want to be the link between companies, governments and users in the further development and growth of robotics technology. We attach importance to operating in an ecosystem in which knowledge institutions, companies and other organisations work closely together.
The University of Twente's robotics research groups are of a leading and (inter)national level. They work across borders on research in robotics and mechanical systems, rehabilitation and medical robotics, robot inspection and human-robot interaction, as well as robot ethics and philosophy. The University of Twente has proved to be a fertile breeding ground for a number of successful spin-off companies in the field of robotics.
With the launch of the new Master Robotics and the Robotics Centre, we want to make a strong connection between science, education, technology, society and industry. Because together we develop the robot society of tomorrow!
