After the outbreak of the corona epidemic, it soon became clear that there would be an urgent demand for capacity in IC units around the world. In particular, the shortage of ventilators would become one of the challenges of this crisis. Within the research theme of ventilation is investigated how corona patients can still safely be ventilated despite this shortage.
