Knowing the best way of structuring your paper when writing it, and the most appropriate journal to send it to, really helps in getting your paper accepted. Also, understanding how editors and publishers think and what they expect, and knowing how the peer review process works, gives invaluable insight into the publishing process. Furthermore, the benefits of Open Access publishing will be discussed.

In this seminar, a publisher and an editor will share their experiences with you.

Insights into the publishing process will include: How to submit and how to engage with the editorial office, dealing with revisions, Do’s and don’ts from a publisher’s and editor’s perspective. And some tips and tricks will be presented.
