PhD candidates opinion wanted! Let us know how you experience working at the UT!

The success of the UT strongly depends on her people. Therefore, the wellbeing of all who contribute to UT's sustainability is of utmost importance including our PhD candidates with and without UT labour contract. We would appreciate your participation in our wellbeing research very much and invite you to share with us your opinions and needs. We need your perspective to adopt policies and practices where necessary! You can participate until 22 February 2019. The questionnaire can be reached through the following link:

Completing the questionnaire takes about 10-15 minutes. The questionnaire has been tested and approved by the Ethical Research Committee of the BMS faculty and the University Council. Participation in the research is completely anonymous. Research agency Ipsos is responsible for the data collection. They will provide the data to the UT anonymized. The results will only be provided at a total level and on the level of units (faculties/departments). The data analysis will be conducted by the Human Resource Management (BMS, UT) department. The research is supervised by an expert group, consisting of researchers from the HRM department, OPUT, HR and UC.

With the insights gained from this research, the UT hopes to be able to optimise the working environment in order to offer her employees the most pleasant work experience possible. The results will be presented on the employee portal and within the departments/faculties.

Among the participants we raffle tickets for an anti-stress workshop (1 day workshop including lunch) that will be organised on campus this spring.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
