Terms and Conditions for P-NUT Events

1)Agreement
Upon registration to one of our events, you have to agree to these terms and conditions.


2)Registration
Unless indicated otherwise, registration is mandatory to participate to our Events. This can be done by filling in the registration forms available in our website at the page ‘Events’. If an Event does not require a registration, this is explicitly mentioned in the Event details.


3)Accessibility
Unless indicated otherwise, an Event is only accessible for P-NUT members. However, it is possible to become a member on the spot by filling in the membership form at the event itself. If an Event is open for non-members as well, this is explicitly mentioned in the Event details.


4)Personal Data
Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of the event. They will not be processed further and will not be disclosed to any third parties. You can at any time ask for access and/or rectification of your personal data.


5)Facebook Events
In order to advertise for our Events, we are also creating Facebook Events in our Facebook Page. However, indicating your attendance on this Facebook Events is not sufficient. You still need to officially register by filling in the forms available in our website at the page ‘Events’.


6)Check-in and Payment
At your arrival to the Event, please check-in with the P-NUT Board Member responsible for this. If there is any contribution fee, you are also expected to pay it by cash when checking-in. Please, as far as possible, try to bring the exact amount, to facilitate the payment.


7)Cancellation
Cancellation of your registration is possible up to the deadline indicated in the Event details. After this date, you are expected to attend the Event and pay the contribution fee if there is any.


8)Late Cancellation or No-Show
In case of late cancellation or no-show, you agree to pay the due participation fee and understand that your participation to future P-NUT activities might be restricted.
