Take a breath with P-NUT

Special well-being class to start your autumn relaxed and renewed!

This class is based on Inner Axis, a breath-based method to calm the mind and reduce tension from your body. You get to explore how breathing intentionally reduces stress and makes you feel more peaceful and focused. We will practice a sequence of breathing exercises that already within a few minutes will affect how you feel. We will combine the breathing exercises with movement and yoga postures that will alleviate common aches and issues that are typical with working in front of a computer and having a busy schedule, such as back pain and tension in the shoulder area. Releasing tightness from your mind and body will help you to get a fresh start relaxed and renewed after the summer.

All levels of fitness are welcome to join as different options for movement are offered during the lesson.

The door will be open at 17.15 and we will start promptly at 17.30 and finish at around 19.00. Please arrive early to get comfortably settled before we begin. Wear comfortable clothes suitable for exercise. Shoes will not be needed. It is recommended not to eat at least 2 hours prior to the lesson and to eat lightly. If you have a special condition or an injury, contact the teacher prior to the lesson. This lesson is not suitable when pregnant.
