Monika Sie co-authored 'Coalitions after Brexit. Alliances for a European Union that modernizes and protects', the recent advice to the Dutch government by the Advisory Council on International Affairs. The Netherlands Institute for International Relations Clingendael contributes to the emerging Europe with its research, diplomatic training and public debate.
