donderdag 29 november 2018 17:00 - 18:00, Vrijhof Agora

Boet Kreiken studied Public Administration at the University of Twente and was since 2009 CEO of KLM Cityhopper. During his time at KLM Cityhopper, he successfully guided the transition that led to the replacement of the fleet of Fokkers with Embraers. In 2017, Boet Kreiken was named Executive Vice President Customer Experience of KLM. With this relatively new position, KLM strives to constantly improve its worldwide customer experience for its passengers in order to become the most customer-centric and innovative  European network airline.

Boet Kreiken is the son of Prof. Dr. Jan Kreiken, who was one of the founders of the Business studies at the University of Twente. During his key note lecture, Boet Kreiken will discuss the current and  future drivers of air transport from a technological- and customer centric perspective. What does it take for KLM to be a national and international leader of innovation?
