July 8: Young Alumni Summer Meetup - Scheveningen
YAN and friend kicked off the summer at the beach. A great way to enjoy nice conversation and do healthy networking.
June 11: Young Alumni in Healthcare meetup at kaiko.ai Amsterdam
How do you get innovation to land in healthcare institutions? That was the question at the centre of the informal gathering on 11 June, organised by the Young Alumni Network (YAN) and kaiko.ai for UT alumni working in healthcare and AI.
June 4: Your Future Career Workshop
In this interactive workshop, young alumni share their experiences of transitioning from university to the job market. They reflect on the choices they made, the challenges they encountered, and the lessons they learned.
In addition to alumni perspectives, a local recruitment professional will also offer insights into what employers look for and how students can best prepare for their future careers.
May 8&9: Lustrum Alumni Days
In 2026, the University of Twente turns 65. We celebrated in the most UT way possible: together, on campus, with the Batavierenrace roaring in the background. On Friday 8 and Saturday 9 May, the alumni community is coming back to Drienerlo for two days of lectures, lab tours, great food, and even better company.
April 21 & 23: UT Career Café
Twice a year (March/April and November) Career Services in cooperation with the Alumni Office organises a UT Career Café.
In the Career Café you meet UT alumni from all over the world, who would love to share their tips on getting the (maybe) perfect job. You can connect with alumni and learn from their experiences.
March 24: Discover your future at the Ministry of Infrastructure (Rijkswaterstaat)
Meet Rijkswaterstaat, the Department of Waterways and Public Works of the netherlands, and discover career opportunities
An event to connect students with alumni working in different projects and locations at Rijkswaterstaat. Intership opportunities were presented and many doubts about work were answered.
