Digitalisation of industry. An opportunity for a “High-tech Human Touch” strategy?!

The digitalisation of industry has raised huge attention from companies, policy makers and researchers in order to foster economic growth and technological change. It is even claimed as “4th industrial revolution”. At the same time we have been confronted with the concerns of digitalisation in society which, as a consequence, raises questions about how to design ‘high-tech with a human touch’. The key note discusses the need and opportunities to extend this discussion to the ongoing digitalisation in industry.
