To continue to inspire you to realise Shaping2030 with us, there will be a follow up of our Shaping stories. As of now, at our University a relay baton goes around! Are you the one who received this relay baton? Then it’s your turn to share your story. How do you make an impact? What’s your role at UT? And what do you like to know from your colleagues? These can be big stories, but also very small ones: after all, we are making Shaping2030 happen together and we are curious to hear your story!
We don't break the chain! As with the first 100 Shaping stories, the stories form an endless chain. The difference now is that each conversation involves two people and focuses on the interaction between the both of you. We share a small summary of these encounters so we don't break the chain and we can continue to share inspiring and recognisable stories.
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
- Within four weeks of receiving the relay baton, invite a colleague for coffee and a chat.*
- Mail ihaveastory@utwente.nl who you’re going to meet and when you’re going to meet.
- You will receive two free drinks at an UT Appél cafe at De Waaier, Ravelijn, Lemons&Beans or the Theatercafe, when showing the relay baton.
- Take a picture and make sure that the both of you and the relay baton are clearly visible.
- Send this picture and a summary of the conversation to ihaveastory@utwente.nl.
- Don’t forget to share the picture on your socials, including #shareyourstory and #utwente.
- Now it’s your turn to hand the relay baton to your colleague with whom you spoke.
*Make sure this person is from another department and did not share their story yet.
