WE WANT TO LEARN FROM YOU
One of our ambitions is to engage with (groups of) people from our organisation. We want to do this by organising a set of open dialogues, in round table discussions. In this way, we hope to get a better sense of what is going on in the career path of the diverse teams or individuals. For example, what is being experienced, what is needed to accelerate in your career, what is good, what can be improved, and how can UT better recognize your effort as a team and as an individual, how do you shape your talent, but also which initiatives around Recognition and Rewards are already here? We involve the whole UT community and embrace existing related initiatives, while we welcome new initiatives. The goal of this dialogues is to identify specific points for action. What can you do, and how can we help you?
We would like to meet you and have an open discussion about what we can mean to you. We aim to meet and discuss and share ideas and knowledge with as many people and teams as possible. However, given time and availability and the current circumstances, this is hard to organize. Still, we wanted to start, so we started first with smaller groups by personal invitation.
