Winter weather conditions are currently causing disruption across the country and may lead to difficulties in daily travel and education. The wintry weather is expected to continue for some time. We are closely monitoring the situation and will take appropriate measures if necessary. At this time, no measures are required. If this does become necessary, we will communicate this by email to all staff and students.
The Dutch weather institute KNMI has issued an orange weather warning for tomorrow, Wednesday 7 January. An orange code indicates a high likelihood of severe weather conditions that may have a significant impact on daily life, such as travel and public services. People are advised to remain alert, closely follow weather updates, and take precautions where necessary.
If students experience difficulties due to the weather conditions, they are encouraged to contact the teaching staff of their study programme. In consultation, a tailored solution may be possible.
Please continue to follow official weather reports, take appropriate precautions, and stay safe.
