Adjusted opening hours pick-up ICT counter hardware

HARDWARE PICK-UP counter / REPAIR REQUESTS BY APPOINTMENT

The Service Desk ICT counter is opened with limited resources. However we will try to continue our services as best as possible. We can of course be reached by telephone and e-mail during our normal opening hours.

The Service Desk ICT counter will be open to a limited extent only by appointment to collect new hardware, and repair requests. Our pick-up counter in the Citadel is open every workday from 10.00 until 12.00 hrs. and from 13.00 until 15.00 hrs. The Notebook Service Centre counter for students will remain open during regular opening hours.

If you have ordered products via the Self-Service Portal and want to collect them, you can do so via the main entrance on the ground floor of the Citadel building (entrance at O&O square), by appointment.

All our employees adhere to the guidelines of the RIVM. We assume you do too.

Hardware

To retrieve hardware we need the following:

  • Order number or confirmation e-mail
  • Your surname and m-number
  • Passport, driver's license, or employee card (identification)

Employee card

From the 4th of April all employee cards will be made an handed out by the Campus Security Desk in the Spiegel building.
