Successful closure of HRM & Technology Design course

On the 21st of April we celebrated the final symposium for the master course HRM & Technology Design.

Six student groups took an action research approach by using the latest academic insights to analyse actual HRM-related problems of real-life organisations in the Netherlands and Germany. During the symposium, the students presented their findings and proposed solutions to representatives to some of the organisations. Among the organisations that participated were Saxion, Asito, Medlon, and Van Merksteijn.

Some of the proposed solutions were to redesign the HRM function, to create a culture in which mobility if the norm, to adopt a more flexible salary system, and to communicate the goals of new HRM practices more clearly.
