The program of the seminar, which will take place in presentation room 2H in building Carre, is as follows:
14:15-15:00  Jos Perenboom - “Highly Performing Magnets for HFML's Research in High Magnetic Fields”
15:00-15:45  David Larbalestier - “Recent progress in application of 2212 and REBCO to high field magnet technology”

Later that same afternoon Jeroen van Nugteren will defend his PhD thesis “High Temperature Superconductor Accelerator Magnets” at 16:30 in the Prof. Dr. G. Berkhoff room in building Waaier.

We kindly invite you to attend this seminar.
