Oscillating Disc Rheometer

The Monsanto Rheometer 100S describe the curing and processing characteristics of vulcanizable elastomers. A sample sealed in a temperature controlled die cavity surrounds a rotor that oscillates at a frequency of 1.67 Hz (100 cpm). The output data correlates with the degree of vulcanization as a function of cure time. The output can be displayed, graphically recorded or transmitted to a computer for further analysis.
