Transferring records to the archive

Everyone, committee or secretariat, creates archives. Over time they lose value for day-to-day work. Than the question arises: what to do with my archives? 

Archives keep their value for future producing of evidence, but not every single record needs to be kept. To make the choice what to retain and what to destroy, UT has to use the so-called Basic Selection Document. However, experience learns that this document is hard to use for non-archival employees.
