When searching for literature, you need to be recognized as a UT member to see what you can access through the UT. On campus, you will automatically be recognized. When off campus, it is important that you always access the databases, for example Scopus, through the digital library. You will then be redirected through the proxy server, and be recognized as a UT member. You simply log in with your UT account.

Have you already found the content that you were looking for? Then you can use the UT off-campus access button. This button lets you access full-text resources without having to visit the university library website first. The button identifies you as a University of Twente student or staff member. You can save the button in your browser.
N.B. You will no longer need a 'Library VPN' connection when you are off campus. You can still use it for the time being, but the service will eventually stop.
