This manual helps you to add, change or delete e-mail aliases.
BEFORE YOU START
- This manual is for employees.
- This manual uses a consistent style of writing: references to text and buttons on screens are printed in italics, information that you have to enter yourself is printed in bold.
STEP 1: TAP
- Surf to http://www.utwente.nl/lisa/medewerkers/wachtwoordwijzigen
- At ICT account enter your employee number (e.g. m0123456)
- At Password enter the corresponding password.
STEP 2: E-MAIL ALIASES
- Employees can create a maximum of five aliases.
- Click Emailaddresses.
STEP 3: MANAGE E-MAILADRESSES
- The preferred email address (1) cannot be deleted.
- An alternative email address (2) can be deleted (trash).
- At (3) you can enter a new email address (read the rules below).
- Check Set as preferred email address (4) if you want this new email address to be your preferred email address.
- Click Add.
