This manual helps you to add, change or delete e-mail aliases.

BEFORE YOU START

  • This manual is for employees.
  • This manual uses a consistent style of writing: references to text and buttons on screens are printed in italics, information that you have to enter yourself is printed in bold.

STEP 1: TAP

Click Login.

STEP 2: E-MAIL ALIASES

  • Employees can create a maximum of five aliases.
  • Click Emailaddresses.

STEP 3: MANAGE E-MAILADRESSES

  • The preferred email address (1) cannot be deleted.
  • An alternative email address (2) can be deleted (trash).
  • At (3) you can enter a new email address (read the rules below).
  • Check Set as preferred email address (4) if you want this new email address to be your preferred email address.
  • Click Add.
