In this hands-on working session, we bring together lecturers and other staff members who work or plan to work with tutors* in their courses. Whether you're seasoned in working with tutors or just starting out, this session offers a collaborative space to reflect, exchange ideas, and build a concrete plan for collaborating with your tutors. Using a co-developed checklist as our guide, you'll explore key aspects of tutor involvement, from onboarding and communication to feedback and development. No training, just a supportive environment to think, share, and shape your own approach.

*Tutors can also be called Student Assistants, Teaching Assistants, Teacher Assistants, Supervisors or Instructors
