Would you like to enable students in your course to collaborate with peers from another country and learn from different cultures and perspectives? This can be achieved without physical mobility through Virtual Exchange (VE). In VE, students work together online on course-related tasks. They develop not only subject-specific knowledge, but also skills such as collaboration, digital communication, and intercultural understanding. VE offers all students access to an international learning experience, regardless of mobility constraints. In addition, it enriches course content by introducing alternative perspectives, for example on healthcare systems, behavioural issues, or mental health. In this MicroLab, you will work on integrating VE into your own course. You will explore didactical approaches, design a first outline, and exchange experiences with colleagues. This MicroLab was developed in collaboration with UNIC, a European university alliance.
