on November 30, the UT Teaching Community organizes an Inspiration lunch meeting about Recognizing & Rewarding Teaching. We will also celebrate our Top Educational Programmes (‘keuzegids universiteiten’).
After welcoming you with lunch, the departments of Strategy & Policy and Human Resources present R&R developments at the UT, including a brief summary of the most recent Teaching Cultures survey findings from UT-respondents. This survey is administered to show and monitor teaching culture and status in universities, and compare the findings with global peers (see https://www.teachingcultures.com/).
We would very much appreciate your input in the discussion about R&R statements, also related to the survey. This can help explore how the UT teaching community, S&P and HR can collaborate to put R&R on the agenda more firmly.
