How can I join my appointment online? After you have booked your appointment, you will receive an Outlook invitation with a MS Teams link to join your session with the peer tutor.

What do I do if I can't make it to an appointment? Please cancel your appointment in time. Cancellation by the participant is possible no later than 7 days before the appointment takes place. Cancelling an appointment can be done through the link received in the confirmation email.
Late cancellations will still be invoiced to the faculty.
No-shows will be treated similar to late cancellations. After 3 no-shows, the UT Writing Centre may refuse to provide this service to the participant for the remainder of the semester.

How can I request an on-campus appointment? Please email writingcentre@utwente.nl to request for an appointment on campus. We cannot always guarantee an in-person appointment, but we can guarantee an in-person session during our drop-in hours on Mondays and Wednesdays in Vrijhof 240.
