Braintraining: Focus Routine

New Workshop!

Focus Routine replaces the old Focus ON/OFF workshop. There is no repeat of content, so if you attended Focus ON/OFF last year, you can apply what you learned here.

Focus Academy also deliver our Speed Reading course, which is consistently rated 10/10.

Result

After this workshop you will have gained insght into how to work in line with the rhythm of your brain. You will:

  • Have more focus and higher productivity.
  • Know how to restore balance in time.
  • Design your own routine for both an hour and a full day.
  • Work within a human-centered routine.
  • Experience less stress on a daily basis.

Content

We have more freedom than ever to structure our workweek, with increasing flexibility and remote work
options. This saves travel time and makes balancing work and personal life easier. However, it also has a downside:
it makes us more restless, less productive, and more frequently stressed. In learning new habits we try to get a
grip, but it’s not enough. The real solution lies in a more integrated approach—a new routine.

We guide you through the brain’s natural flow and key themes that influence our work rhythm, backed by scientific insights and real-world examples. Using templates and practical examples, you will design a new routine during the training—which you can start using right away.

Duration and time investment

The workshop takes 2.5 hours and is online.
