Last year, 40 of the best technical Master's degree students from across the world studying at a Dutch university are selected to receive the ASML Technology Scholarship.
ASML fully recognizes the need for technical talent. Recipients receive financial support for both years of their Master's degree studies (financial support of EUR 5000 per year), a personal ASML mentor, and the opportunity to participate in a two year professional development programme that prepares them for life after graduation and introduction to ASML's business, specialists and knowledge.In return, ASML asks all scholarship students to do a Technology Ambassador project within their scholarship period. This means sharing your enthusiasm about technology and science with a target group of your choice, for example by giving guest lectures at high schools, posting You Tube videos on science subjects, or doing a technology project with underprivileged children.
The ASML Technology Scholarship will provide each awarded student with:
You will be informed by ASML by 30 April if your resume has been selected. When you are selected to proceed to the second round, you will be asked to record and submit a video cover letter (motivation video).
The technical selection board will review your resume and video. ASML will let you know whether you have been selected to attend one or their two selection days on 7 or 14 June at their headquarters in Veldhoven. After 14 June ASML will let you know if you have been selected to receive an ASMl Technology scholarship.

Develop new chemical processes, materials and molecules and contribute to innovations that benefit our society in areas such as health, water, food, environment, and sustainability.
Become an expert computer scientist and learn to solve the biggest challenges of our digital society by designing and developing more secure, sustainable and efficient ICT systems.
Design smart and sustainable electronics and advanced chips for applications such as biomedical technology, autonomous vehicles, computer vision, nanotechnology and the energy transition.
Become an expert in designing the software and hardware of complex embedded systems in vehicles, pacemakers and chipsets, amongst others.
Become an expert mechanical engineer who focuses on the futureproof design, analysis and maintenance of machinery, structures, products and production processes.
Tackle big challenges on the tiniest scale: become an expert in nanotechnology and develop smart, innovative solutions for major societal issues in healthcare, ICT and sustainability.
