Spotlight on Finn Münch at the UT Science Communication Club

Finn Münch, PhD candidate at ITC, researches satellite‑based remote sensing for monitoring water quality. While review articles and scientific posters are well‑established formats for sharing research, Finn expands this communication toolkit through his passion for music, videography and documentary filmmaking.

In his mini‑documentary, viewers are invited to dive into the water cycle, following its journey, exploring its complexities, and experiencing the challenges of water quality monitoring. The film is designed for water stakeholders worldwide and uses a blend of media to engage audiences and illustrate why monitoring water quality matters.

During the session, Finn will also share insights into the creative process behind producing scientific documentaries.
