'Student Assessor' in the Faculty Board of ITC with effect from 1st February 2026.

Dear ITC Students

On behalf of the ITC Faculty Council of ITC, we invite applications from eligible ITC students, including Bachelors (i.e. ATLAS ), Masters and PhD candidates, who are interested in serving as the 'Student Assessor' on the Faculty Board of ITC, starting February1st, 2026. 

Faculty Board

Within ITC, the Faculty Board promotes an integrated and coordinated approach to managing research, education and operational support. Faculty Board is chaired by the Dean of the Faculty and includes the Managing Director, Portfolio Holder Education, and Portfolio Holder Research. A Student Assessor is affiliated with the Faculty Board in an advisory role.

About the Position - 'Student Assessor'

The tenure of this position is one year starting from 1st February 2026. To be eligible, the candidate must be enrolled as a student at ITC for the ENTIRE duration of the tenure and be available to fulfill their duties for the majority of this period.

As a student assessor, the candidate will primarily represent the interests of the Faculty’s students by providing advisory input during regular Faculty Board meetings, typically held once a month.

Previous experience in a student advisory role, such as in student welfare and development, is desirable (but not mandatory).

The selected candidate will receive a monthly payment of € 150 for this role.

Application & Selection Procedure

Candidates can nominate themselves by making an online application no later than 17:00 Hrs. on Monday 15th December using this form.

You will need to a PDF a motivation statement of no more than ONE PAGE, setting out any RELEVANT experience that you feel makes you qualified for this task and to upload a ONE PAGE CV in PDF Format.

Thereafter, the names of the applicants will be shortlisted by the Faculty Council members based on the general requirements. Later, the nominees will be interviewed by the Faculty Board for final selection. During this interview, candidates would be asked about their ideas, motivation, and commitment to this position.
