EDUCATION AND EXAMINATION REGULATIONs (EER)
The BMS Faculty and the University of Twente have laid down regulations that apply to students and lecturers.
The current EER can be accessed via this link, including transitional arrangements, and the archive of previous EER's.
Additionally, the examination boards of the BMS Faculty have set their own Rules and Regulations (R&R). These Rules and Regulations state how the examination boards execute the requirements and powers within the framework of the Dutch Higher Education and Research Act (WHW) and the EER. The current R&R can be found on the website of the examination boards BMS.
UT REGULATIONS (STUDENT CHARTER)
The Student Charter governs your rights as a student and the way we treat each other at the UT. The charter consists of 2 parts:
- an institutional section that applies to all students of the UT (see website CES)
- a programme section that contains the Education and Examination Regulations (EER) and the programme-specific appendices of the BMS Faculty (see above)
