The classification of your position is decided by the dean or department director in the form of a provisional decree. You will be informed in writing about the classification of your position in the job classification system. This provisional decree states the following:
- the applicable job profile;
- the applicable result areas;
- the classification criteria that were used;
- the level of the position as determined by the classification rules.
If you do not agree with the provisional decree on the classification of your position, you can submit your objections in writing to the dean or faculty director of your unit within four weeks after receiving the provisional decree.
