Due to the implementation of the new HR system Afas, the Optional Model for Employment Conditions will not be made available on February 1st, but on March 1st 2021.
On the other hand, the benefit of the new system is that the Optional Model for Employment Conditions will be available for the whole year. Previously, this model was only open until October 1st.
Good to know:
As of March 1st, the following targets can be chosen in the model:
- Extra holiday hours;
- Additional salary;
- Bicycle Maintenance;
- Contribution Trade Union;
- Contribution professional association.
- The "long-term saving model" target will made be available later this year.
- The amount for the purchase of a bicycle has been increased to €1,500, -
- You no longer have to choose all your targets at once, but you can make choices throughout the year.
It is possible, for example, that you choose the “Contribution Trade Union” in March, and in October you choose to buy a bike.
The internet allowance and commuting targets are (temporarily) unavailable. Due to working from home during the Corona pandemic, we are working on alternatives for these particular targets. We appreciate your understanding.
From March 1st onwards, we would like to see you use the Optional Model for Employment Conditions via MyHR/Afas to create your own personalized benefits package within the set frameworks.
