The aim of the UT is to provide world-class research and education and to make a difference with our knowledge and solutions. It is therefore necessary that we pursue an active talent policy to remain an attractive organization for both current and future talents.

We continuously invest in all of our staff's development and focus our attention on several specific groups. With the Tenure Track system we specifically aim to support the development of talented academics into professors.

In addition, we also stimulate the career development of women within our organization as we firmly believe that a diverse organization improves overall performance. What's more, we as a university feel the responsibility to contribute to the presence of more female role models in science and in other key positions.
