This form is intended for requests to the Examination Board Humanitarian Engineering.

Please note: 

• This form cannot be used to appeal against a decision of the Examination Board. Appeals to decisions of the board should be submitted to the Board of Appeal for Examinations (CBE) within 6 weeks after the decision: www.utwente.nl/en/education/student-services/contact/complaints-desk 
• Requests to the Examination Board should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the examination boards' meeting. In the schedule below you'll find an overview of the meeting dates:
  • 21 October 2025
  • 16 December 2025
  • 05 February 2026
  • 31 March 2026
  • 02 June 2026
  • 21 July 2026

You only need to submit a request for approval of your ISP if you are taking courses outside the University of Twente or not in the list of electives published on Canvas.
Don't forget to indicate how those courses contribute to the programme's intended learning outcomes.

Required information

Make sure to send all relevant information with your request. The documentation to support your request must at least include your Study Progress Overview. Other documentation might include email correspondence with your study advisor/supervisor etc. Incomplete request (missing documentations) will not be taken into account. Documents sent in different formats than PDF will not be taken into consideration.
