This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to client amends.

We are looking for a Back-End Web Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. Also you will work with the back-end developer and enable the functionality and flow of the online platform.

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to client amends.

We are looking for a person that loves writing and working, collaborating with people.  The new team member we are searching for will be responsible for writing online content, training materials, manuals and instructions for Fraunhofer Project Center. One of the day to day tasks will be updating our database, creating reports, documents based on the instructions given by the manager and support the decision-making process connected to the development of the Knowledge transfer platform. For this, you will need to have knowledge of market analysis, marketing strategy tools and development of educational content. 

We are looking for a person that is interested in knowledge capture and intelligent processes. The task is the creation of methods (workshops, interviews, exercises etc.) that can best facilitate the proper information transfer. The main goal is to capture how the employees and the customer perceived the process of information gathering, the interaction and how it could be better approached. In brief, the student should observe the workshops, interviews, information sessions, analyse, evaluate and improve them.
 
Requirements:
·         Interest in knowledge transfer, process analysis, workshops

·         Good communication skills

·         Basic understanding of CAD

·         Basic understanding of Machine Learning & Optimization (preferable)

 
The project starts early January 2020 but can be initiated earlier for better preparation.
