in building Drienerburght

This workshop is a repetition of a workshop two years ago. Because of its great  success we asked Franke Jongsma to give it again.

Short description:

How to motivate your (PhD-) students, colleagues or your boss? How to mobilize energy to allow for high-performance?

When you are asking yourself these type of questions, please feel invited to join the workshop on Motivation of the FFNT.

During the workshop we will build a shared image of what motivation is and how it works. Concepts or models are introduced to spark dialogue in which you make these ideas meaningful for your work.
