In this talk Helga Varwijk introduces some of the NWO programmes with a special focus on furthering women's research careers. The main topics will be the well-known 'Vernieuwingsimpuls' (Innovational Research Incentives Scheme) and Rubicon which is a programme for short postdoc research in an international context.
